Book Feature: Ten Healthy Teas by Valerie Lull

Book Feature: Ten Healthy Teas by Valerie Lull

If you enjoy drinking tea or want to start, you’re in for a treat today at Pandora’s Box Gazette. We have a special book feature today for “Ten Healthy Teas” written by Valerie Lull. We asked Valerie why she wrote this book. Let’s check out her reason why she did.

Why Valerie wrote “Ten Healthy Teas”

I always wanted to write a book. When I hit 50 years of age, I realized that I better get busy or the book would never be written. I also had a great interest in herbs, spices, teas, and nutrition when I was diagnosed with diabetes. I’ve always been drawn to tea since my father was from Canada and in our many trips to visit relatives, we were usually served tea.

I made a career change from mental health to natural health and went to the American College of Healthcare Sciences where I studied herbal medicine. Many people think it is hard and complicated to be healthy. My goal is to show that it is quite simple to stay healthy. It can be as simple as drinking a cup of tea. I write a blog called Simple Ways to Stay Healthy.

About the Book

Ten Healthy Teas introduces you to the world of tea which has many natural health benefits as well as being a beloved part of social ritual, and a comforting way to take a moment for yourself in a busy day.

The information and recipes in this book are designed for those who want to explore the world of tea, but who might not have a lot of time to invest. Simple, clear, and engaging information provides you with the inspiration to take your own journey into the delights of tea. Whether you prefer traditional black tea or herbal infusions, Ten Healthy Teas is an indispensable guide to healthy, enjoyable tea drinking.
