What Would You Do With $1,000,000?

by Joanne Troppello

Have you ever wondered what you would do if you had $1,000,000? What if you won the lottery or won a prize on a game show or became so successful that you earned that money.

Now, remember, think of this as if you are right in the now moment. Right now, if you just received $1,000,000 today what would you do with it?

I know what I’d do with that kind of money. For starters, my husband and I would tithe 10%. Being the good citizens that we are, the appropriate tax money would be sent to the government. Then we’d pay off our current loans. We’d allocate a portion also to be given to the missions offering at church or any other worthy cause we were interested in. We’d put money towards building our dream home and we’d also give some money to our immediate family members. The last item, but by far not the least important on my list, would be to adopt a child who needs a forever home.

My husband, John and I recently celebrated our 14th anniversary. We’ve gone through the normal married stuff—you know, adjusting to life as a couple and all the issues that come with that—but one issue has left us feeling isolated in our little section of the universe. After 14 years together and two miscarriages, we still hope to have a child someday. So, a dream of ours has always been to adopt a child in need of a home.

What would you do with $1,000,000?

How would that amount of money change your life? Do you think that amount of money would ever be possible for you to earn in your lifetime?

As co-owners of Mustard Seed Marketing Group, my husband and I are seriously working towards that goal.

So why am I sharing all of this?

To let you know that there is an exciting opportunity out there for people with the entrepreneurial spirit who are willing to work hard to realize the American Dream in a modern society. Gone are the days of working 40 years at a job and receiving a great retirement plan. Our world is changing and if you want to succeed, you need to change with the tide or be left in the dust by those who are empowered to success.

What’s the definition of empower? The first meaning is to give someone power over someone else. We’re going to focus more on the second part of this definition here. Empowering someone also means to give him or her, a deeper sense of self-confidence and enhance his or her level of self-esteem. That’s what being a business owner has done for me. I’ve learned core values, which have helped to increase my self-esteem and taught me to find value in every day and that success is only one belief away. By connecting with a Network Marketing Coach, you’ll learn how to be your best self and grow as an individual in a way which will grow your business—whatever business you’re in.

What would you do with $1,000,000?
