Book Review of A Mail-Order Heart (Miners to Millionaires Book 1) by Janelle Daniels

I love reading clean and wholesome romance novels. I recently finished reviewing A Mail-Order Heart by Janelle Daniels. This is the first book in the Miners to Millionaires series. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading the other books in this Western Romance series.

A Mail-Order Heart is a quick read at 178 pages. I liked the story and thought it was creative. A miner orders nine mail order brides and then he dies, and those would-be brides now have to survive in the rough mining town—and find suitable men to marry.

The story kept my interest the entire time and I couldn’t wait to see how the book ended for the heroine, Clara. I would have liked to see a bit more descriptive details to help me feel more transported to the scenes, but that didn’t detract too much from this sweet romance novel.

About the Book

He ordered how many brides?

Clara is left reeling when she arrives in Promise Creek and finds out the man she’s come to marry died—leaving not one fiancée but nine!

With nowhere else to turn, she’s forced to accept a lucrative offer from the woman-starved town. If all the women stay, they’ll inherit Ivan’s house and mine—but only if they allow the men in town to court them.

Sawyer’s hands are tied.

Everyone wants Ivan’s brides to stay, but now he’s responsible for protecting them. Men are jealous, riots ignite, and chaos ensues. How can he stay close enough to protect the ladies without inciting a mob?

He swore to keep his distance, but one woman catches his eye—one who can never be his. But when Clara goes missing, will his love or honor prevail?

And will he get to Clara before it’s too late?
