Book Spotlight: Second 2 One: A Father and Son Walking By Faith Not By Sight

by Joanne Troppello

Today for our usual Sunday Inspiration column, we are spotlighting the book, Second 2 One: A Father and Son Walking By Faith Not By Sight by Brian Harker.

Why Brian Wrote the Book

My son Brandon inspired my return to Christ by reading the Bible and getting into the word regularly. His note taking was incredible.

I was a writer and covered the Pittsburgh Steelers for USA Today Steelerswire and Last Word on Sports for over a decade.

We started a blog to spread the word and it evolved into our book. Second 2 One is about our daily walk with God, the things we are learning, and things we have gone through.

About the Book

Second 2 One is about a father and son who walk by faith and not by sight.

Their faith has brought them closer together and now they write about their faith, the good times, and the bumps in the road along the way.

Second 2 One is named after the Newsboys song "I am second", meaning that their loves come second to God.
