Online Tool to Optimize Nutrition for Optimal Health

by J.M. Troppello

Eating a healthier diet daily can become a catalyst to improve your overall health and well-being. According to the CDC:

“Eating healthier can be effective in increasing your lifespan; promoting healthier skin, teeth, and eyes; boosting immunity; supporting healthier muscles; lowering your risk of heart disease and diabetes; and improving your digestive system function.”

I’ve been on my own journey of healthy living for the last 18 years since I got married. My husband and I try to eat right, take natural supplements, use essential oils, and exercise. I plan out our meals each week on a menu, so it makes it easier for me to know what I’m making for lunch and dinner – due to our busy schedules.

Recently, I learned about Fuel Food. I have enjoyed using this tool to plan out a week’s worth of meal planning in a short amount of time. I find value in it and will continue using it to help me achieve my healthy living goals.

Fuel Food is a software tool that gives nutritional suggestions based upon the user’s input such as height, weight, current eating schedule, number of people meals are prepared for, and fitness goals. This is an excellent tool to optimize your life for healthier living. However, it is important to note that this nutrition tool does not replace advice that you should seek from your health care provider or from a nutritionist to help you achieve all your weight loss and health goals.

The following is a list of many of the features of Fuel Food that I found helpful in my meal planning goals and journey to optimize my health.

  • You can try this tool for a 30-day free trial

  • They currently have over 9000+ recipes analyzed

  • Average 9.5–15 minutes time to complete weekly planning

  • The algorithm automatically calculates personalized recipes

  • You can plan meals that fit your schedule and activity level

  • Recipes are available for vegans, omnivores, and carnivores

  • User-friendly recipe view without having to scroll down

  • It’s easy to track your preferences

  • Meal planning makes shopping easier

If you decide to try this tool, you’ll enjoy 30 days for free. You can preregister online. After that 30-day trial period, you will be billed monthly at $10/month and receive unlimited recipes, unlimited nutrition data, and the use of the user-friendly mobile app. You can choose to be billed annually ($8/month), which is a 20% discount. The website states that premium integrations will be coming soon.
