Recipe for Buffalo Greek Yogurt Dip and Green Goddess Greek Yogurt Dip

My sister and I made Buffalo Greek Yogurt Dip and Green Goddess Greek Yogurt Dip recently. We had fun making these healthy snacks and made a video of the process. The recipes for both dips are included below. Feel free to check out our video to watch the process for making the dips.

Buffalo Greek Yogurt Dip

Portion Size: 2 tbsp; Recipe Yield: 11


Yogurt, Plain, Fat Free, Greek

1 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles

¼ cup Parsley, Fresh, Chopped

2 tbsp Sauce, Franks Buffalo

***Note: Recipe called for 2 tbsp of Buffalo sauce. We added double the amount.

Nutrition Info: Cal: 25; Protein: 3g; Carbs: 1g; Total Fat: 1g; Sat Fat: 0.5g; Sodium: 70mg; Fiber: 0g


1. Combine yogurt, blue cheese, parsley, and buffalo sauce in a bowl. Stir until combined.

2. Chill until ready to serve.

Dietitian Tip: Serve alongside your favorite veggies and whole grain chips. Add leftover chicken to make buffalo chicken dip or use as a marinade for chicken or tofu.

Green Goddess Greek Yogurt Dip

Portion Size: 5 tbsp; Recipe Yield: 4


Plain Greek Yogurt, fat free 1 cup

Fresh Parsley, chopped ¼ cup

Fresh Basil, Chopped ¼ cup

Scallions, chopped ¼ cup

Anchovy fillet 1 each

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp

Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp

Black Pepper 1/8 tsp

Nutrition Info: Cal: 85; Protein: 7g; Carbs: 3g; Total Fat: 5g; Sat Fat: 0.7g; Sodium: 62mg; Fiber: 0.4g


1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

2. Chill until ready to serve.

Dietitian Tip: Serve with your favorite veggies, whole grain crackers, or as a dressing or marinade.
